Key Responsibilities:
* Serve a wide range of drinks, focusing on the quality and presentation of wines, spirits, and craft beers.
* Foster engaging interactions with customers, offering knowledgeable recommendations to enhance their overall experience.
* Keep the store clean and organized, ensuring all equipment is well-maintained and functional.
* Accurately and efficiently handle sales transactions.
* Stay updated on current trends in beverages and product knowledge to assist customers effectively.
* Follow venue procedures for opening and closing the establishment.
What You’ll Need:
* Previous experience in a high-end hospitality environment is essential, with bar experience preferred as we plan to transition into a wine bar in the future.
* A solid understanding of wines, spirits, and craft beers is crucial.
* Exceptional customer service skills and effective communication abilities.
* Capability to juggle multiple tasks in a fast-paced atmosphere.
* Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certification is required.
* WSET or equivalent qualifications are desirable but not mandatory.
* Strong attention to detail and a commitment to providing top-notch service.
