From when you walk in, the staff is fantastic because the reception and then going in with the doctor, she explains everything thoroughly. She sits and listens to you and gives extra advice and different treatments that she could even do for you. Very pleased with that.

My appointment was squeezed in due to my urgency to see Dr. Kane and that's why I had to wait. I didn't mind waiting and usually I see the doctor right away. Dr. Kane scheduled my hysterectomy right while I was with her for which I was very grateful instead of having me work with the office staff. She is the best and I am so glad she''s my doctor.

Dr. Kane, is an excellent physician. She's highly professional and proficient at what she does. She explains everything in detail, in a way that is easily understood. She also is very kind, and knows how to put a patient at ease. I would highly recommend her to anyone.

I was very impressed with the amount of time that Dr. Kane spent with me. I had only called that morning for an appointment and was lucky enough to get an appointment because of a cancellation. That was really great of her staff to be able to accommodate me that way. And even though I was a new patient and showing up just that day, Dr. Kane had somehow had the opportunity to do a little research on what my problem was. So when we met, she came with a wealth of knowledge about a situation that is not, I don't believe, usually her area of expertise. In addition to that, what she has recommended has been a great improvement over the situation that I was seeing her about. I look forward to seeing her.

Yes, the only thing she was a long time in the waiting room. She put me into the room and then I had to wait quite a bit of time. In fact, I even open the door and asked if she forgot me that's the only complained that have about the whole entire thing.

Dr. Kane explained everything to me in easy terms, went over it twice that made sure I understood everything, actually had pictures, which was very helpful for me, and I have already recommended her to someone in my family.
