Microsoft account Microsoft account dashboard More...Less

To start enjoying Microsoft Rewards, you just need a Microsoft account.

Tip:If you don't have one, create a Microsoft account for free. If you were previously a Bing Rewards member, your account transitioned automatically to Microsoft Rewards.

Microsoft Rewards doesn’t ask for a commitment or fees - it's included in your Microsoft account - head to the Rewards page, sign in and start exploring.

As your points rack up, so do your opportunities to get great rewards. We make it simple to track progress toward anything you’ve got your eye on, including gift cards, sweepstakes, and donations to charity.

Check out the Rewards dashboard and have fun!

Note:Buying items from the Microsoft Store on Xbox or searching on Bing.com may not earn points in all countries/regions.

Frequently Asked Questions

There are a few reasons why you are not earning points for your searches:

  • Your Give Mode is on. See Give with Bing FAQ for more details.

  • You are logged in to a different account or the browser data is not syncing with the Rewards database data.

  • Your PC/mobile counter has been maximized, additional searches will not be credited until the counter resets.

  • Queries are entered by a bot, macro, or other automated means of any kind.

  • You appear to be attempting to earn points from outside of your current market, which is a violation of program policy.

There are a few reasons why your streak was reset:

  • Daily sets were not completed on time

  • Used a VPN or a device with a different time zone, as streaks are based on your device's time zone. Using a different time setting may cause the system to not recognize your streak.

  • You are logged in to a different account. Once completed, the daily set will display a green checkmark.

It's easy to earn your way toward great Microsoft Rewards with Bing, just start searching. Level 1 members can earn points for up to 10 searches each day and Level 2 members can earn points for up to 30 searches per day.

  • Voice over IP (VoIP) phone numbers are not permitted.

Ensure you are checking that you are providing the correct code or redemption link. If you continue to experience the problem go to cannot redeem a code.
